The rules

Built for the HCSA advertising regulations.

Clinics licensed under the Healthcare Services Act follow MOH's advertising rules. Some of them change how a website should look.

  • AvoidCopying Google, Facebook or forum reviews onto your website.
  • AvoidBefore-and-after photos on your website, social media or ads.
  • AvoidSuperlatives like "best dentist in Singapore" or "leading specialists".
  • AvoidDiscounts, limited-time offers and urgency wording.
  • DoFactual, checkable information: treatments, qualifications, location, hours, schemes accepted.
General information, not legal advice. Source: MOH guidance on the HCSA advertising regulations.

FAQ

Good questions.

Can my clinic show patient testimonials on its website?

MOH guidance says clinics should not copy testimonials or reviews from other platforms onto their website or social media. Testimonials given directly to the clinic may appear on its own website if unedited and within the content rules.

Can we show before-and-after photos?

Not on your website, social media or ads. MOH guidance limits them to consultations on your premises. We design treatment pages that explain procedures clearly without them.

Can you write our treatment pages?

Yes. We draft in plain English and one of your dentists reviews every page for clinical accuracy before it goes live.

Is this legal advice?

No. We build with the HCSA advertising regulations in mind and flag anything that looks risky, but your clinic makes the final compliance call. Check specific questions with MOH or your legal adviser.

Is your clinic
website ready?

Send us your clinic's site. We'll check how it looks on a phone and flag anything that may not fit the advertising rules.
